I would not trust this surgery with your family. Go elsewhere urgently. They put my daughter on a controlled drug and refused to see her again for no reason. Ive made a complaint to the ombudsman and I hope they see the damage they have caused a 9yr old is actually serious. My daughter could have issues because of the medication which is supposed to be monitored. Because its controlled i cant even just go yo a new doctor, they have put us in a hole! How disgusting, we were at that surgery for 5yrs and this is how we are treated. Find another surgery if you want your family actually looked after. Absolutely disgusting treatment of human beings.
