Brenden O'hearn Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

Had Brenden install our air conditioning unit for us, turned up at 8.30 as arranged, and done a wonderful job, going above and beyond what i expected. Looks great and working great. Arranged electrician for us, he also came at the same time. Would highly recommend Brenden.

I Think the previous reviewer might have confused this business with another as if you look at the screenshot of the text message the name is spelt Incorrectly as Brendon. I think perhaps they might have clicked on the wrong business to leave that review, as the experience i had was NOTHING like what the previous poster described.

Tried to get him to come to our house for months there was

A last minute reason why he had to cancel. This happened several times. We finally got a day that worked for him so we booked it in and he gave us a time estimate from

9:00am to 11:00am. At 10 o’clock he texted us to say that he was running late at 1 o’clock we texted to ask for an ETA. We did not receive a reply until 3:00pm. He then texted requesting the address. I then received a phone call saying he was unable to make it because he was too busy and did not realise how far away our place was from his current job. This was unfortunate as my son had taken the day off without pay to meet the service person. Obviously this was annoying. When I asked when he could make it in future he became very upset and said I was stressing him out and I only thought about my self. I couldn’t recommend this business.
