Haldon Street Medical Centre

Worst customer service ever. They need special training on how to communicate with customer. I have to put 1star because there is no other option otherwise I would like to give them -100(negative) star. They don't know how to deal with customer.

I've become used to expecting little from this place but it is definitely getting worse. The unit sitting in reception wouldn't even greet me or look up from the gripping morning on her Samsung galaxy. I asked her how long the wait might be and she responded with "2 hours". I replied by telling her I'll take my chances. She grunted "good luck" an then told me to queue at door 17. In the end it took 15 minutes. She needs Centrelink.. urgently.
