I am so angry with these people. They are scammers. They charged me 180 dollars for a small apartment and I have seen cockroaches and spiders webs everywhere. So far I have counted 19 MASSIVE cockroaches after their so called service late September. I can't control the insects. They are everywhere. Their product does not work. They just want your money. When I asked for a call back they treated me like a liar. They are the worst business I have ever come accross and tomorrow I have to spend another 200 dollars on a real pest control company to solve ny insect problems. My advice is STAY FAR AWAY FROM KNOCK-DOWN THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY SUCK.

I believe Knock-down has diluted their product to make more money. Its the only way I can explain the number of cockroaches and spiders I have seen since they came out mid September. I resent the fact that I gave them $180 dollars for a small apartment and Im seeing insects everywhere. They have become greedy and good for nothing. The technician who came out in September said he did my windows and eves. He lied. I dont know why. A few days later there were massive cockroaches on the nets. Thick spiderwebs and I saw a spider. When I rang for a call back they treated me like a liar. The next day they sent me a child for the call back. He was barely 16 and he rang me asking for directions he was lost. When he got inside I kept pointing to the windows and eves and he didn't understand. Then he said it didn't matter because it was "only a call back". He kept spraying poison into the air missing the eves completely. Since then I have been seeing large cockroaches inside my apartment everyday. It was a waste giving my money to these people. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Used them and days later has cockroaches still, claimed it takes 4-6 weeks to work spoke with other companies who said that is not the case then the owner acted like a tough guy on the phone complete joke of company use someone else!!!

(It seems like they don’t care about feedback, but I still want to write this in case someone else doesn't get fooled by this scam.) I was privately emailed them for the feedback and check if there anything wrong here. But no reply after more than 1 month. Then I done the research deeper about this company, there a lot of bad reviews with the same experience like us, so I think I need to speak up as well.



The work they did was useless. They stayed for less than 10 minutes, only spraying where we specifically asked them to, then rushed off to their next job. The chemicals didn’t work—we followed their instructions not to wipe or mop the floor, yet after two weeks, the cockroaches were still everywhere, as if mocking us.



They charge more for a house treatment than what we paid for a commercial service with another company. Don’t be deceived by their friendly talk. If you're charging for a service, at least do it properly and use good-quality chemicals!



This was such a scam—$220 cash for a lesson learned the hard way. Meanwhile, a commercial service only charged $185 plus GST and did a thorough treatment everywhere, taking at least an hour to complete the job.

Spiders and cockroaches after a month after spraying. Read the google reviews, their stuff doesn’t work. I wish I had read them before calling them. I asked for a guarantee but was told it doesn’t apply outdoors.

We’ve been using these guys for about 5 years now and seriously wouldn’t go anywhere else! The always look after us, my folks and now even our neighbours. Thanks guys! See you next year!
