Just love this shop, ladies are friendly & helpful. Beautiful & unique pieces that you never find in chain stores in large shopping centres. Well done, i'll be back.

I have been a customer for the past 5 years and have been able to enjoy and experience the beautiful atmosphere of the boutique and the exquisite clothing. Every time I have entered the store it has been a warm and welcoming environment with great service. if you like a personalised shopping experience i would highly recommend shopping at this Glorius boutique.

I had a similar experience to Inara, I purchased a Christmas gift - feeling good I was supporting a local business. This not being the first time I had purchased from this store I had many times over the years.
The seam in the dress had come apart from the binding on the sleeve and again the service from the assistant and then the backup provided by the owner was nothing short of rude and I must say I was completely taken back by their behaviour - certainly not good business sense.
I had proof of my purchase but was almost ushered out the shop by the pair of them and yes like Inara the blame was put on me, they were going to do absolutely nothing to try and sort the fault with the dress - just nothing they just wanted me gone and me out of their store. Unlike Inara the dress had not been worn or washed (but the accusation was certainly made twice that it had - which I took great offence too) - it was as new as the day I bought it.

But I would avoid this store at all costs or if you have to purchase then make absolutely sure there are not faults with the item as even with proof you will not have a leg to stand on if you go to return it - there are many other independent and local shops that deserve patronage more than this business, and like Inara I will not be recommending this store - I will make sure I tell as many people as I can.

Just an extraordinary, totally unexpected and unpleasant experience - again beware!

If you happen to buy a dress and the seams come undone after the first wash, don't expect to receive polite service, a store credit, refund or offer to repair. Rudeness and customer blame is the "go to" response from this proprietor.
I prefer to support independent local boutiques, however, I will not be recommending this store to my friends.
