Hadley Cycles

Wanted to strip down a friend's bike and needed help getting the crankshaft out. Someone on the phone said if I drove down with the frame they could help me get the bolt off.



When I got there they said my only option was to buy a $25 tool, I asked them if it was at all possible to borrow a tool or have a mechanic loosen the bolt for me, they said it was "too dangerous" because i had taken the pedals off...



Cheers for wasting my time, will be sure to buy everything from Drift Bikes in kotara from now on, their mechanics actually care.

DO NOT buy a bike from these guys!! I took my bike in for warranty work and as soon as they found out i bought the bike from someone else (another Giant Dealer) they would not do the warranty work, without charging me for labour. I told them that this was illegal, the manager did not want to know about it. I have since learned that Hadley's do this all the timeBE AWARE....

Great bike shop! I have bought several bikes there over the last few years (just ordered another) and have always found the staff friendly and knowledgable. They have a huge range of test bikes which you are able to use for two days at no cost to you ($300 fully refundable deposit required) which really gives you an idea if the bike you want is right for you. Highly recommended.

Very unhelpful... I lost the nut holding my front brake on this afternoon and got to Hadley's lambton just as they were closing. They told me they probably had the part, but I should ride home (15km with no front brake) and order it from shimano... Will never use them again.
