I ordered some Boots one month ago, supposed to be 4 days - 2 weeks. Too big sent them back w tracking number cost me $25 contacted the online employees gave them the tracking number. Ordered another pair of boots, check. Week later called again. Yup we received the boots, but we are awaiting the new ones you have ordered they aren't in stock.

Extremely unhappy with your service. When I took my bike in with electrical problems, I was told you would run a diagnostic on it and it would take two hours and $240 tops to fix. When I called the next day (because you hadn't phoned as promised), you said you were still working on it and still hadn't found out what was wrong, but the bill was $480 so far. When I objected, you immediately downed tools and told me to pick up the bike, which you had left outside in the recent Sydney storms. As I objected to the bill, you did charge me only $250, including $10 for light bulbs. I don't know what kind of mechanics you are, because there was nothing wrong with the light bulbs - not only did my wife follow me and they were working, but when I tested the "non working" ones you returned to me, they were working fine. So basically, you charged me $250 to DO NOTHING and left my bike out in torrential rain to boot. NOT HAPPY!
