The title is self explanitory, each aspect of dealing with therollershutterdoctor was positive and ever willing to accommodate for their clients. Although I was looking at just replacing the manual mechanism, I am much happier using the motor driven shutters which now move much better than before. The team was quick in removing the old faulty manual shutter drives and installing the new motor driven replacements. Even though it was a complex install (hard to reach 2nd storey windows at height)

I have no hesitation to recommend the roller shutter doctor or contact them again for future work.

Tom and Michael arrived exactly when they said they would. They diagnosed the issues promptly and offered a choice of solutions. Fantastic service and I will not hesitate in using them for (inevitable) future issues with my other shutters.

Had an issue with another companies (Ezy fit rollers) installation, so I asked The Roller Shutter Dr to come and take a look. They found that the installation (2 years ago) hadn't been done professionally causing a clunk when this shutter closed (there was a screw that was driven through the ball bearing joint and the screw was loosening and then when I closed the shutter this screw was catching causing the noise) The Roller Shutter Doctor corrected the fitting and now the shutter works like it should. If only I had found this company 2 years ago.

How lucky was I to come across the roller shutter doctor on my google search. I called and spoke to Tom in relation to a roller shutter repair. He attended within 2 hours of the call and the shutter was fixed and working before you knew it. I had another booking with another company who had told me that it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they could even come out, I obviously cancelled that booking. He said three times to come and quote for our roll shutter, changed the time twice. Once is his car was broken, the other one was his family went to hospital.
