I was treated so horribly it is unbelievable! Firstly one of the staff told me that I was useless and then they ripped me off by telling me that my pre-paid membership (which I had paid for 3 months) was expired after only 10 weeks! I confronted them and they told me that I was wrong and there was nothing I could do about it. I told them i'd go to the ACCC which is what i'm starting now.
This dance studio is disgusting, the way they have treated me in beyond a joke. They've insulted me and cheated me out of what I paid for. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
