They accepted and confirmed the booking in advance, and we confirmed booking a night before pick up to transfer passengers from Gradle Mountains to Launceston airport in the morning, but the taxi did not turn up. They blocked our phone number, and we couldn't reach them. Customers missed flights, including connection to international flights, which resulted in many thousand dollars in losses. If they had let us know that the taxi was not coming, we would have found another solution, but they just went silent.
