One star is an overstatement. I recently tried to contact them about viewing a rental property. The property woman did not answer the phone and the office number does not connect. She also took no responsibility for arranging an inspection instead leaving it in our hands to do her job to which she was rude and uncooperative with our suggestions for dates and times. If this is the way they treat potential customers then I pity anyone currently renting through their business. I would suggest an urgent retraining of employees otherwise you will lose even more business from potential clients.
