Ace Real Estate

I have been using ACE Real Estate to manage my investment property for the last 16 months. They are local to the area and represents you well to the potential tenants. My property was rented out in the first week of inspection which was great and one less headache as a landlord. Para has been fantastic - very friendly, excellent communication, follows up and updates us regularly. Recommended.

As a former tenant I strongly advice not to use Ace Real Estate to rent a property. The agency is notorious for always finding reasons for withholding bonds in the hope that you will pay them and you do not take the matter to the Court. I took the matter to the court and proved that their claims were unjustified. However, many people I knew did not have the time to take the matter to the court and paid the Agency just to save the trouble.
