Owner of the business got annoyed with me when I started putting our conversation into writing. He walked away from the job I had been waiting months for when they run into some troubles fitting my motor. When I tried to confirm what we spoke about on the phone he then denies everything we just spoke about. Has not responded to my email about parts missing on my engine or the poor quality of workmanship and damaging other components of my boat.
