We came in for a WOF on a new vehicle we had purchased and it was riddled with problems. Matt was excellent at explaining everything to us and understood the financial pressure this put on us - he was honest about what was priority and gave us a full itemised written quote without pressuiring us. When we committed to the repairs, he had everything complete within 24 hours including a 'big' service.
