Our practice strives to provide a quality service, ensuring the highest of standards in everything we do.
We endeavour to run on time for your appointments, please let staff know at the time of making an appointment if you feel you will need additional time for your appointment. Sometimes an emergency will make it impossible to run on time, if this should happen, where possible we will advise you on the length of the delay.
Where possible we will offer an appointment with your regular doctor, however, this is not always possible. If your regular doctor is booked, you will be offered their next available appointment time, or in the case of an emergency, an appointment will be offered with another available doctor within the practice.

Would never recommend a certain female Dr there.I had being seeing this dr for the past 6 months about terrible back pain.I go and see her once again as i can hardly walk because of the pain.She turns around and tells me it's all in my head.I walked out in tears ended up at the ER at the base hospital spent a week there trying to control my pain then air lifted to St Vincent's in Melbourne for back surgery had it done almost 4 weeks ago stil unable to work or drive a car for another 3 weeks.
Go figure
