BCF Australia Pty Ltd

Ordered an item from BCF online, asking for click and collect at my local store, which is 20 minutes away. Receive the order confirmation via email which lists the store I requested. It also states the order will be available within 4 hours during work days. More than a day later, I receive my ready for pick up email, which lists another BCF store more then 3 hours away. I then email the BCF online email address re their mistake and receive no email, not even an acknowledgement.
