Please do not take your mobile phones to be fixed here!! They do not stand by their work.

It was the 2nd experience I have had with this place - the first was surprisingly positive which is why I returned, however after shelling out $150 ($90 to fix iphone 6plus screen and $60 for iphone 5 screen fix) I am left with an iphone 6 plus whose touch screen works only intermittently if at all.

I returned the following morning to the shop to find it closed (saturday morning - odd?); and the following afternoon Sunday, to talk to the phone technician who had done the repair.

This young man was not interested in helping me....he picked up my phone and proceeded to examine it closely and point out that I must have dropped the phone since he had repaired it!! I tried to explain that it was glitchy from when I had picked it up from repair the day before but he was not listening. He refused to take the phone back and told me to come back the following morning at 1030 and he "would see what he could do".

I cannot believe I have paid $90 to be treated so rudely, his inference was that I was being dishonest in claiming he had not fixed the phone properly. I have not taken myself or the phone back, what's the point? Clearly this business does not want my business and I would have to recommend to anyone else interested to save yourself the time and money and please take your phones to someone who knows what they are doing and are prepared to afford their customers some RESPECT for their hard earned money.
