I Highly recommend this bridal Boutique for any bride wanting her perfect dress. The staff are friendly and so professional. I went in with so much built up stress over picking the perfect dress but from tbe minute I walked in the stress just went away. It ended up being such a drama free experience. Thank you to Francesca and Connie for making it such a great experience

I was so disappointed with the service and lack of customer service at this store. It all started promising and the staff were nice to me when they wanted my money. As soon as I put down a deposit - that's when the horror began! It started with the veil - I had gotten a veil included as part of the promotion for that weekend - I could pick a veil up to the value of $500. When I wanted to swap it for another one, they claimed that since the original veil I picked was only worth $400, I would need to pay the difference on any other veil more expensive. When I asked to get a store credit to purchase a hairpiece instead - they blatantly refused and said that it wasn't store policy and that I was locked into a veil.

Then when it was time to pick up my dress - they called me on a Monday saying that I needed to pick up my dress within 7 days, otherwise they would charge me for keeping it in their store. When I asked if I could come by on the weekend - they said that they were booked out for the next 3 sat/sun and that I would need to come during the week to pick it up! Some of us work full-time and long hours at work - how did they expect me to drop everything and pick up my dress when they couldn't accommodate me on the weekend?

When I finally picked up my dress, it was not what I had ordered! I had added lace to the back of my dress - it came in 4 pieces along with netting. When I asked why it hadn't been put on after I had specifically asked for it, they said that it was standard and the dressmaker had to attach it on. This was already included in the price - shouldn't they have attached it on first before they rushed me to come to pick up my gown? I now have to get my seamstress to fit the dress and then bring it back to their seamstress to attach the lace to the back - how ridiculous is that?

Then the belt that I got with them - they had promised to clean it first before I picked it up - but they didn't because 'it wasn't written in their notes'!
