Rang to book a cab to the Leongatha vline coach only to be told it wasn't a long enough fair.

Terrible service. Book half a day in advance to be told we don't have a taxi to pick you up after we're meant to have left.

was charged 90$ for a 24km trip. As the NDIS is involved, we all know this is not a reasonable amount.

I'm disabled and two days in a row they have left me stranded, no cab showing up even 2 hours after the booking. Avoid them if you can.
