Absolutely unprofessional and inconsiderate people that own the business. I broke down on the way to take someone to hospital and called someone to pick them up. I asked the woman if the mechanic next door was still operating. She said yes but to today so I proceeded to call roadside assistance to get a tow truck. I was parked away from obstructing anyone entering or exiting the business. I then went to purchase someone in the shop and explained I had broken down and that a tow truck will be here soon. The woman then came out and wrote down my registration number and asked for my details because her boss didn't want me to park there. I explained that I had broken down and a tow truck was coming. She didn't care and said I needed to more. I waited until someone could come in case I needed it to be pushed. Under no circumstances was I in the way of them trading and I just can't believe the lack of empathy they have. Never ever would I stop or recommend this business to anyone

Very poor and rude service by one short lady today ( Nepali or Indian ) in morning and also she embraced and humiliate me in front another customer and said that I failed to pay. I told her that shouldn’t said and do like that in front other customers , she started to being rude and raised her voice. Attitude very bad need improve the service otherwise need fired her if not you will losing business more. One more think , if the person failed to pay, as I know we should provide our details and you guys need inform police and need make payment within 24 hours but instead of that she so insists to ask me leave my mobile. This is not right. I want the boss or manager to call me immediately after see my review.

Consistently has cheap petrol. Haven’t had any problems so far

I filled up at the Tanwar petrol station at 281 New Canterbury Road and the fuel was contaminated and it has done $1700 worth of damage to my fuel tank. They are taking no responsibility I am taking it to NSW fair trading but I would suggest you don't ever fill up there!
