I would like to take the time to recognise Louis Liu at Li & Associates. Everything was completed remotely and so easy as well as regular communication which far exceeded my expectations. We experienced some hiccups from the vendor and our bank along the way but Louis was fantastic at providing us with reassurance. Really professional and can’t recommend enough!

After dumping this conveyancer a year ago, and paying stamp duty through a competent solicitor, yesterday I received a bill for stamp duty from this crowd - at 5.35 pm on the day that payment was demanded. Oh... and ID was requested.

Go figure.
