Spare parts purchasing- very bad return policy, worst customer's service

I ordered some spare parts from Toyota Phil Gilbert at Lidcombe, and was told there was no stock and the stock could only come in a week time. I ordered the parts and had paid the money. they put the order in the back-order, but didn't explain to me there was no return policy. In the afternoon when I realised that I no longer need the parts, I immediately rang them trying to cancel the order, however, no one in their office answering my call and I couldn't leave a message. The next morning, I went to the shop as soon as they opened the door. I explained the situation to them and wished them to make a phone call to the supplier and to find out if I could cancel the order and get the refund, since my order was on back-order, the supplier might not even arrange the order yet. They didn't even want to try it for me. The only answer from them was: " No cancellation, no refund. If you are not satisfied, go to Fair Trading".

Anyone considering purchasing spare parts from the shop has to be very careful, they very dodge, very bad service.

Had my second service for the brand new RAV4 which I bought from them and this was terrible. The oil was overfilled and got dark in colour very quickly( a few days) which I suspect was because they haven the changed the filter. The car was not vacuumed despite of the fact that it was indicated in the final invoice as the completed task. Submitted my complaint with the Toyota and asked to pass it to phill gilbert dealer but haven't heard from the dealer at all. Would t I back as found better toyota filler to service my car

The worst Service ever, start from the manager to the sales person to the finance manager, all of them acting childish.
you cant take a word from them, they always changing what they promise with a ridiculous excuses.
Their finance department try to rip you off as much as they can, if you are 1rst time car buyer from a dealer , you will be an easy catch.
wherever you call for a follow up documents or question , the person you are dealing with not in for another 2 days, and there is one to have his place or help you with your enquiry .
also you will never able to speak with any department easy, its seems like one person directing the whole company.
NEVER EVER EVEN THINKING TO GO THERE OR TO ASK FOR A QUOTE.
I had a very bad experience with these people , I bought 4 brand new car in the last past years and I was dealing with dealers from the city, there is a big difference with the customer service and type of people they employ.
THEY GIVE TOYOTA A BAD NAME !
