This business is hopeless. We spend $75,000 with them every year and every year they let us down at our busiest time of year.
They delivered 10 boxes of ROTTEN capsicums and then promised an urgent delivery within 24 hours. It took 76 hours for them to arrive. They arrived with the next order. Therefore, we had double the quantity of capsicum we needed.
5 days later they again delivered ROTTEN capsicums (the boxes had fallen apart due to the rotten juices leaking both times) and then they refused to make good their stuff-up. We have to wait until the next delivery.
Last year they did the same except we ended up with double of all vegetables which cost us close to $2,000.
Do not use them under any circumstances. Obviously we are in the process of changing our supplier.
