Beware, not real leather will not last 2 years. I Purchased a corner lounge (connecting pieces) for 3.4k exactly 2.5 years ago on the premise its all leather except for the back sides as the staff person explained. less than 2 years after purchase the supposedly leather started peeling off from the corner piece at the lower section. Also a side piece was deteriorating fast. Today I finally visited them with my receipt and photos. They said the warranty is no longer valid and that they only supply in black now and not brown. They wouldn't take any accountability. The staff discussed with each other, and then said, actually we can get the same pieces in the same colour as a replacement but a single corner piece will be $800 and the side piece will be $900. I said that's very expensive for a product that didnt last and which I was mislead into buying as it's cheap material instead of leather. I am now putting forward my complaint to the department of fair trading. I would have liked them to fix the issue or allow me to pay cost price for the replacement pieces but instead they tried to scam me a second time.

I've booked a sofa and paid 650$ deposit on June 15, the ETA was 4-5 weeks, I didn't hear back from them yet, no one contacted me, I've tried to email and call without any answer!! this is ridiculos. I want my money back!!!!!!

We purchased a sofa from the Auburn store and noticed a fault in the fabric only 4months later; It discoloured dramatically and was covered in lint that we could not remove. I contacted the store to lodge a warranty claim; they offered a store credit for a quarter of the amount we paid, or gave us the option of them hiring some type of machine on our behalf in order for us to attempt to remove the lint ourselves. After declining both options and requesting a full refund instead, they neglected to provide this to us and informed us that they’ve “never had this issue before” and asked bizarre questions such as, “how many people use the sofa” and “how often is the sofa used”. It’s a sofa - That should not matter - It’s made to be used by as many people as we’d like. We were forced to go through Fair Trading, who ofcourse approved our claim. We were eventually provided with a full refund.

Philip from the Auburn store is the absolute best employee. I came in to buy a couch and coffee table set he gave amazing prices and was friendly. I loved his patience and bubbly personality also the furniture quality is absolutely amazing.

Very bad!!! They promised they would give us 7 additional covers for the sofa, however failed to do so. When we confronted the owner about the 7 covers, he stated that nothing was written on the invoice therefore im not giving anything!!! We spent $4000 with this guy, yet he didnt look after us. Very dissapointed because he committed to us verbally and even showed that he wrote something down/ordered for us! Do not buy from this business unless you want to he ripped off

Very BAD!!!!!

We bought a dinning set from this shop, sometimes in Dec, and have it delivered yesterday. The delivery guy had a kid carrying the furniture into our house.

When my wife saw the kid about to fall and told him to leave the dining chair at the front door, the delivery guy yelled at my wife not to order his son and threaten her.

When the delivery guy left, he slammed my door and caused damage, of course my wife was scared and stunned by the act.

Unfortunately I was at work and could not protect my family.

Now I write here to warn you about this mob, and I will call the police about this incident.

Piece of advice for people who want to buy from this shop, make sure there is a man when the delivery comes.
