Williams Furniture Removals

Damaged many items including our dining table, 3 tables, washing machine and printer. No apologies and demanded cash soon after with no invoice as promised. One of the guys was new and he dropped the dining table. 3 people were promised and the guy who was responsible left halfway. The other two guys were complaining they needed the third guy. It was a total disaster and I warn you not to touch these unprofessional movers.

Worst removalists that I met yet. The driver was a junkie; he even was not able to lift his finger. And it seems he selected this job for making money to buy the drugs. When I look at my broken wardrobe and scratches on other furniture that happened during movement with this company, I so regret that I gave my movement to these incompetent guys.

Worst experience I've ever had with a removalist company. The 2 men who arrived were completely incompetent and seemed as though they had never lifted a box in their life. One guy in particular lifted our fridge from the freezer drawer and ripped it off it's hinges. It's now broken. The same guy, somehow, managed to drop my wooden bedside table that I made INTO the wall when we had a completely empty living room for him to put it down. So thanks for already ruining our chance of getting all our bond back. Should have supervised these guys when they moved our stuff out as it took them 2 hours to do this and when I stepped in and actually helped move the furniture into our new place it was all done in less than an hour. What a surprise. Same comments as others, the owner William is rude. We were never told we had to pay in cash and he suggested we just ask to borrow it from a neighbour? Don't think so buddy. We didn't want to pay the full amount considering the damage and the fact that I actually contributed to 1/3 of the moving but to have William stop calling us and to finally be done with these people we paid it anyway. Would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. Please, please, please if you see this go with literally anyone else. Otherwise, you'll be in for a bad time.

Made a booking for 10am on Sunday 21st 2019 waited till 11:30am still didn’t come I had to call number of times spoke to the boss (William) he kept on saying it’s on the way and telling me not to worry that they’ll come. Hubby called up and spoke to William just to know what’s going on he was so rude saying *WHATS YOU GONNA DO’ so in the meantime I had to find another removalist coz we were so upset and frustrated we found one called AAA Lucky Removalist so glad they’re free in 40 min they’re already arrived and the boys who came was so fast and careful with my stuff plus cheaper than this one and they don’t stop for a break. Coz they were so good and fast we gave them Tip. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE

Used these guys for moving houses.

Upon arrival, I told them to be extra careful with our brand new 75inch TV. However, after they delivered all the furniture, got paid and left, we setup the TV and found it broken.

I contacted them straight away, the guy I spoke to acknowledged fault and apologised.However when the query was escalated to William (the boss), he was very rude on the phone and refused to take ownership of the matter and fix.

We threatened to take the matter to fair trading, and it didnt seem to phase him,

His response was: If its a new TV fix it under warranty.



Contacted fair trading automatically, and discovered that he has multiple claims against him!



BE AWARE when dealing with these guys.
