Burns - I have mid length hair above my shoulders and decided to go one colour (ash blonde). The owner of the salon started to put a purple paste on my scalp and hair at 11.50am and I didn't leave the salon from the completed process until after 3.30pm. I only had a colour no treatments, blow wave etc. I did have a very light 2 minute trim. I was charged $300 and left the salon with severe chemical burns. (The paste was brushed up three times and left over 2 hours too long on my head)
I ended up at the hospital and talking with the burns unit in Syndey. Open blisters and fluids leaking out all over my head. The owner was contacted the next day with no follow up. (The salon recommended milk- that would have caused bacteria in the open blisters)
I said during the process my head was tingling and didn't feel right but was told it was normal. The owner and her staff were busy with the owner's baby in the salon all day, other clients and doing personal jobs.
I have lost hair and have damage from this experience. Happy to provide photo's that were sent to the burns unit in Sydney

A few months ago I was down the coast on holidays and needed to find a hairdresser to have my hair done. I was quite worried about going somewhere unknown go me. After calling around to a few hair salons I called Super Natural. Emily answered and was so nice and welcoming on the phone I knew I found where I needed to go. I booked in and to my surprise what a delightful experience I was in for.
Emily and the girls were very welcoming and put me at ease very quickly. I explained that i was down the coast for several weeks and had an event to go to and needed my colour done and a trim. Emily talked me through what the problems were with my red colour holding. She suggested a few tweaks to the colour and also a few little things she could do with my cut to make it easier to do at home myself.
The conversation in the salon was great, the atmosphere was fantastic, and my hair was amazing...even better than it is sometimes at my usual salon!! I would highly recommend Super Natural and Emily!! I know I will return on my next visit down the coast.

I went to Super natural Hair and Beauty when I went away on holidays and received a colour and haircut! All the staff at Super Natural Hair and Beauty were happy and smiling and enjoying their day! I had my colour on and the owner (Emily) came over to greet me! This has never happened in any salon before and i felt so welcomed by them! I was very impressed by how family friendly this salon is. I have a 4 month old bub and next time i would be happy to take him along knowing how respective they all are :) My colour and haircut was amazing!! I will definitely be making the trip to see the girls again! :)

Em and her team are truly seconded to none in all aspects of hair and beauty. I have consistently found them to offer exceptional advice and outstanding quality of service each and every visit. Emily has provided brilliant advice in regards to modern and cutting edge hairstyling whilst providing also a happy and easy-going environment for my children to love getting there hair cut. There is no one else I would recommend for consistent quality and service.
