Just read old mates review below, bit harsh in my opinion. Everyone's so quick to jump online with the negatives and I bet good ole Jimmy wouldn't be writing 4 page paragraphs about how great Rob does it.
Got bar work for my Patrol and the workmanship is second to none, even after all this time of having it on my car it's still in mint condition. Yes there's always going to be wear and tear and that's with every product.
I waited a solid 3 months for the gear and it was exactly what I wanted (good things come to those who wait ;)).
The quality of work that Rob and the boys produce is grouse. From the attention to detail to me being nit picky, he was great to deal with. Yes it took a few days to get back to me, but I understood once I got there, because I'm wasn't the only one that wants quality, 100% Aussie made gear - under the pump those boys were!
Keep up the sick work Raslar. I'll be coming back with all my cars!

They do make great products for vehicles, but at the end of the day its all about customer service, and they provided worse than poor service, they provided no service whatsoever.
They told me to come over to their factory on a Monday so they could have a look at my car for a custom Snorkel which I wanted to have fitted to and they were closed upon arrival, I returned on the Wednesday and he had a look under the hood of the car and told me it could be done and then instructed me to SMS him when I was happy to have the car away for a day or two, which I thought was strange seeing as I was happy to organize a future appointment there and then but he insisted via text message.
About a week or so after I messaged him with the dates that I would be happy to leave the car with him to have the Snorkel fitted, I got nothing back for a week, okay, I'll just give him a call to make sure he got the message, no answer, hmmm.
After fifteen calls by me and three calls from a mate with a different phone over the period of a month I still got no answer, I shot him another text then shot him an email, and then an email through Facebook, still nothing, he was still able to find the time to post up pics of his latest works on his Facebook page despite not getting back to my (and I'd imagine others as well) Phone calls.
I posted a comment on their public Facebook page about their lack of customer service, didn't take them too long to delete that comment from whoever else may have seen it.
Like I wrote at the start, they make good products, but they have shown (at least to me) the poorest quality customer service that I have ever experienced, and wasted a lot of my time as well.
