Destroyed my $100 blanket. Was once beautiful and soft, returned covered in rough, clumped patches covering 80% of the blanket. Shoutout to Rachel, absolutely lovely employee and took it upon herself to try and fix it even after being refunded. Terrible service on the boss's behalf who did not say a word to us even after we had asked specifically to speak to the manager. No explanation from her on why we would not be compensated.
