I placed an order before Christmas 2023 and was told that although some staff were ill, an effort would be made to supply before Christmas. When the order had not arrived by 11 Jan 2024, I phoned to check. I was put through to Ballina and told that deliveries to our area have ceased and our account had been closed. We were NOT notified. We have opened an account with another provider. Will tell everyone I know with gas about this rubbish 'service'.
