Keen St Veterinary Clinic

I've been coming to this vet for many years despite having a mix of good and bad experiences with their vets. But one thing that's always been terrible about these vets is their reception staff. there are staff who work at the front desk who aren't very nice and don't have the compassion needed to be working at a place like this. Won't be coming here anymore.

We have had the most timely fortune to be referred to this veterinary clinic by a number of friends.
I am so glad we listened and investigated as without the skilled and caring treatment given to our dog we have no doubt she would no longer be one of our most loved fur family.
Communication was excellent...we knew the huge risks involved with her hospitalisation....each and every staff member treated us with the utmost courtesy.
Because of the seriousness of her condition we were not able to see her for almost a fortnight.
I cannot thank everyone who works at Keen Street Vets enough. Our girl is home and slowly beginning to improve.

I went with my dog who had sore paws, I just wanted to make sure its nothing serious. I assumed they were burned from the beach. The vet confirmed that after looking at them and gave me Neurofen for dogs. $100. Never again.
