Purchased a Phantom XT RC car for my son. After 10 minutes the knuckle arm broke and screw wouldnt stay in. Drove back to the store, spent 40 minutes arguing with Dylan the store manager about a refund. In the end had to pay to have it repaired.

Up and running again and next day the motor started grinding, found it was the gear cogs shredded. Spoke to Dylan again who said he can repair at our cost but won't refund as its a wear and tear item (its 2 days old)

Argued for 20 minutes on the phone and got nowhere, Dylan is very very good at saying that he understands your frustration but will not answer any questions or refund. He is insistent that the car be returned to the manufacturer for a refund, but refuses to refund the $293 himself.
