I haven't received my shower curtain. Hopefully it will turn up soon. I ordered it about 2 weeks ago, have emailed them as to whereabouts but no response. I live in Sydney where the warehouse is supposedly. I have paid upfront of course, so am anxious to get it.

I ordered and paid for two shower curtains in March 2020. However they continued to send me invoices for payment. Despite numerous emails, facebook messages, messenger, Jesmine Australia do not respond. All I want are the shower curtains or a refund. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I have made a complaint to Scam Watch.

I ordered 2 x bed sets for Christmas presents in November 2019. Jesmine assured me on 02/12/19 I would receive them by Christmas.
As I hadn't received them by Christmas eve, I emailed the company requesting an explanation. They replied that evening advising they were sorry but I would not be receiving before Christmas and they were sure I would understand. I advised them I didn't understand and would like a refund. They advised me they would look into my refund and I have not heard any more from them.
I have tried to email the company but my emails bounce back. On Face Book they have changed their name to "The Jesmine".
Highly dispappointing. I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order.
I just want my money back.

Been over 4 months and still have not received my order. Have been given many excuses as to why. Asked for a refund and told to take it up with Afterpay. Because my Afterpay payments finished in April, and the merchant has received all my payment in full Afterpay have told me it is the merchants responsibility to refund my money. Merchant is not responding to emails. I contacted Consumer Affairs VIC and made a complaint. All I want is my money back, simple.
