Elizabeth Drive Medical Centre

This is the strangest medical centre. The reception are incompetent and the doctors don't show up to appointments. If you express concern about why they don't show up, they say they won't provide you with an appointment in future. I would not recommend going here, especially if you are a Worker Comp client. Avoid at all costs.

The 2 staff I am so greatful for their professional, prompt and helful serviice are Andrew and Linda. Andrew in particular got onto my case regarding my grandaughter's immunisations for the AIR- Australia's Immunisation Registra, and solved it! For your information, someone else was doing this for us since January and kept saying it was completed but A.I.R. kept saying the records ard not showing. Took several visits to sort this and I felt so frusrated and confused until Andrew came along. He was so helpful, approachable, and reassurng. . He reassured me that he will look into it and communicated promptly and clearly. He executed what was needed to be fixed, and was transparent wth all the steps taken to solve our problem. I came away today feeling so relieved, happy and satisfied. I will always ask for him to help with my grandsons immunisations once he gets his medicare. I am sure that Linda is so lucky to be trained by Andrew. Thank you so much Andrew and Linda. Elizabeth Drive Medical Centre should be proud of the professional standard of service you are providing.
