Rude staff
It is disgusting floor with in the store
Cant get orders right
Or food comes out cold

If I could put no stars I would. Litterally the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Rude staff, rude managers and crap food. Never go here

very poor experience. staff lied to us atleast 3times. made us wait half an hour before telling us there was no potato and gravy. meanwhile, our drink and coleslaw is warm, aur chicken and chips are cold, no offer for replacement. we wrdered two buckets, super variety in orinal, and mega in hot and spicy $75 sale! we end up with only original in bothbuckets and a tjird of the chicken nuggets we were supposed to get. atrocious. when i went to complain, the kid at the counter told me"thats not a problem" and shrugged me off.

They recently renovated this KFC store; they basically rebuilt the store from the ground up.
Its so much better now, they have all brand new equipment and there Chicken is always fresh and tender to eat.
The staff serve you fast on front counter as they do on drive thru.
At KFC Woodridge its So Good.
