The best real estate in Logan

I have worked with John Warlow the owner of the business and his family for a number of years and have always found him to be trustworthy, honest and reliable. He has installed great values into the day to day running of his real estate business. His staff are very friendly and I will continue working with them into the foreseeable future.

Ok, wrote an email to the Principal at Logan City (who also owns Springwood), last Wednesday (19/4/17). It's Tuesday night, nearly a week on and have not received any acknowledge to my feedback - a simple 'thank you for your feedback' would have made me feel like the time I spent writing my email meant something. Since I am limited in how much I can type, I can tell you this. I dealt with a person called Ash. Couldn't solely blame him. He showed us a property that was under contract. Pushed us to sign another contract (although he discovered after that there cannot be two contracts on a property so a clause was put in after the original contract crashed). I dunno, maybe I'm a nave person who had faith when the agent was telling me that they would try to crash the contract (due to first contact defaulting), and for me to put a $1000 down to show I'm serious. Anyway, a week later - me delaying getting back to home (I was on holidays in Logan), wasting time taking pics of the property for renovation (before I left to go home - still confident all was a go), I found out afterwards that we didn't get the property. Am I angry.. yeah I felt like I was swindled. Ash was ill and his manager somehow discussed with the property owner the possible ramifications if they did not go ahead with the original contract...... what? Anyway.. it's sad when your feedback is not acknowledged. I have learned some hard lessons. When someone pushes me to sign a contract and put down money when someone else already has signed (they don't seem to care if they are late meeting their contractual arrangements)..... don't let someone bully you into 'showing your money'. The sad thing is that I have money I need to spend on investment property, but I just wont deal with someone I cannot trust. The agent, however nice they may be - it might earn them commission, but it still lines the pocket of the owner. Cannot compromise my values. Will be back on Jun/Jul hols, not with LJ Hooker.

if there was an option for no stars I would have used it. we rented 4 approximately 1 year and have never been treat so disgustingly by a real estate in our life. the owner done a walkthrough when we first moved in unattended and with no entry noticehe was also sent out as the plumber to fix a leek which 6 months later flooded our house because nothing was done at all originally. the house was constantly leaking water and I try giving us a 500 dollar bill for excess usage.constantly send people around with no entry notice even had a surprise visit on a Sunday buy a Workman who wasn't requested. never had all the keys for the house and they never provided them. towards the end of our lease we had a baby on the way and it took 5 seconds to access her room so we requested 3 security screens on easy access points as well as a plumber to fix the toilet that wouldn't flush and we received a kick out notice without grounds a couple of days later.throughout the whole tenancy we had to continually breach them for Breaking the Law and not respecting air rights as tenants. when we were looking for a new house it took over a week for a reference to be sent to a house we looked at.we missed out on getting it. it has now also taken a week to be told that the RTA hasn't received our refund form even though she had me rushing weeding the gardens and doing a minor repair and told she sent it the next day... All tenants and landlords I'd consider using a reliable company and not risk my family and or investment going through what we did.
