These guys are a joke. I did 20 hrs unpaid work for them. Which i had to do to get my level 1 traffic control license. After completing the 20 hrs they employed me and told to me ring every day between 3-5 pm. I did this for 2 months. In that 2 month time frame i only got 12 hrs all up of paid work. Traffex only wants people who are needing to do their 20 hrs. I believe this to be true so they don't have to pay people. I think this industry is wrong as it prays on free labor. This company makes a packet from not paying people who are doing level 1.
