True Blue Glass

I have an urgent/emergency repair arranged by our real estate agent on 15/1/16, I have not received any callback from True Blue glass and I have to follow up myself on Monday 18/1/16 to get a booking and a staff attended to the repair but was told he needs to order a spare part, so they will come back Friday 22/1/16. A different staff attended to the repair the second time with the spare part ordered but apparently they have ordered a wrong one. So I have to wait again until they have the correct one. Is this what they call an emergency repair service? Very disappointing and bad service/experience.

I had True Blue Glass come do some work at my house and would highly recommend to anybody. They were punctual, proffessional and efficient.
They were all very friendly from the quoting stage right through to the completion of the work.

I have used True Blue Glass a couple of times now, the staff are very helpful and pricing is great. Know where to go for our shower replacements.
