Life's Tiles

We had a very bad experience when returning 4 boxes of tiles that were part of a batch we had bought approx 5 weeks previous. The manager we dealt with was wrong. He treated us like dirt. He was unhelpful, obtrusive and quite frankly rude to me and my wife. He did not want to give us a refund and tried every method he could think of to put us off.

Then he told us he would take 25% off our refund because his shelf batches didn't match. The man had no customer service skills whatsoever and was totally unhelpful.

I would definitely not recommend Lifes Tiles at Lonsdale. It's the worse retail experience I've ever had.

My wife and i had a very bad experience when trying to get a refund for 4 boxes of unopened tiles that we had bought approximately 5 weeks previous. The manager of the store made it obvious from the start that he wasn't happy to refund us with his attitude. Then he changed his story part way through the exchange and told us that he was to deduct 25% because the batch codes didn't match what he had on his shelf. The man in question was stroppy with us all the way through the process and made it really uncomfortable throughout. He then accused me of insulting him and refused to deal with me.

Therefore i definitely would not recommend Lifes Tiles at Lonsdale. This is the worse retail experience i have ever had and i will be extremely cautious of who i buy from in the future.
