Really love this store, went out of their way to help me start up and haven't looked back. My whole family shops there now , more than five stars.

I've been going through the process of setting up a 250 litre tank this past month and the staff have really helped a lot with giving me advice concerning stocking and appropriate strata.

I've always liked your store... UNTIL TODAY, I went to pay off and pick up the saltwater setup I have had on layby for four months, (as my partners birthday present) I told the staff during the last payment I made that I would be picking it up today and was told that this would be fine as everything was in stock and the tank would be put upstairs ready for me to collect. So you can imagine how angry and disappointed I was when I showed up today to find out that my tank had been sold and there would be no stock available until after my boyfriends birthday. As far as I am concerned this is very very poor treatment of a customer and I will not be returning to the store again. Luckily Something Fishy had the same tank in stock (with lots more stuff added in and for $20 less than you were charging me) or else you would have completely ruined my partners birthday and I would be allot more angry and upset than I am now!
