My daughter and I have rented and lived in 2 caravans by Pennywise Rentals. Price/communication/delivery all amazing.

They went beyond their parameters to help us.

I booked a car trailer online, they told me via email that my booking will not be confirmed untill full payment recieved, I transfrered funds and was asked to bring a refundable credit card for $300 deposit. They would not accept my cards and told me to email them for my refund. I emailed they then asked for my bank details. After sending what they asked they stopped replying and would not answer my calls. Eventually after I left a review on google they sent me an email that I would not be getting a refund as per their cancellation pollicy and my conduct. They are eager to take payment via any means nescissary thenfind any excuse to keep your money. I wish I had read their reviews prior to booking. I would have saved myself $462. Anybody looking to hire from this dishonest business please be aware and save yourself disapointment and heartache

Our experience was very poor. Encourage you to read the other reviews and go elsewhere. They are not interested in customer service and resolving matters. They won't answer your calls, everything is via email without a contact name "Administrator" is the term they use. They alleged we damaged the van which we didn't. They failed to inspect the van at pick up and on return and then held onto our bond.

I Had family visiting and needed a large van to avoid having to use several cars.. Found this company close to me in Lonsdale. Booked on the website in 5 mins and picked up same day. Cars are not new cars, but was just what I needed for my budget. Got 50% off part of my rental as I hired for 2 weeks. I will use again

Pennywise Rentals is a rip off. They process people' booking (debit your credit card) and when you go to their offices to pick up your car, they are close and they do not answer their phones.

Never use Pennywise Rentals.
