Never use Southern Cross Air Conditioning Lonsdale !!! Their serviceman Tim installed my split systems, at work and at home. Neither are working properly heating or cooling, so I called him and instead of coming to see the problem he got me to call Samsung and try to claim a problem on warranty. Which I did. Samsung found the units working perfectly, and most probably faulty installation. I texted Tim and asked when he'll come to fix them. He doesnt answer and I doubt if I'll see him again.Never use Southern Cross Air Conditioning Lonsdale !!!
