I have used Horizon tree service on a number of occasions. They have always been thoroughly professional arriving on time and making sure before hand that they understood the scope of the work before proceeding. The latest job was a major exercise involving a cherry picker and use of neighbouring property. The job and importantly the cleanup was faultless. Feedback from neighbour was ‘great job’.

Ken responded quickly to my request for a quote and put me at ease with his professionalism; listening to my requirements and coming up with the most efficient and least invasive method of doing the job of lopping 4+ metres off 8 trees and other minor jobs. On confirming acceptance of his quote I was given a day & time the job would be done and without any prompting I received a confirmation of this the day before to ensure all was good and it was. Glen arrived on time and due to the constant rain we'd had the week before made the decision to work safe and sure and not trust the cherry picker in slippery conditions. Glen made a point of checking with me that the work was progressing as I wanted and it was. The work was done efficiently and effectively. At all times I felt comfortable in the hands of a professional with high standards of workmanship. I have no hesitation in recommending Glen and his business as first rate with all the skills, experience and gear necessary to do any job no matter how big.
