I had to wait half an hour over the phone to talk to receptionist.

I have been going here for about five years now and have seen a few of their doctors. But by far the best doctor that they have is Dr Kingsley. He is kind, caring and thorough. He is nothing short of wonderful with our children and is very experienced and knowledgeable. I’m not sure what the other reviews are talking about, because their receptionists are very kind and accommodating. They remember us and our children and endeavour to help us in any way possible. Especially Raelene and Mohani. Their nurses are very competent and very patient and kind. I have no complaints to Gove about the medical centre in the past five years and will continue to recommend them to anyone.

Worst Clinic in Melbourne & Worst customer service ever, Incompetent staffs, Lacks professionalism, Rude front desk receptionist lacks the ability & knowledge in answering phone calls in a timely manner.



Gives misleading information on the phone. Receptionists also doesn't have listening & problem solving skills.



They do not listen to there patients needs on the phone instead they talk over you & when you ask them to listen as to what you are after they are allowed to hang up on you.



Thats what a receptionist named Haraman does as she is being trained in that manner.



Bunch of hooligans who stand in groups at the counter talking & telling stories, opps they too busy to answer calls & attend customer inquiry. Doctors change in this clinic compared to people changing socks on daily basis.



Worst clinic in Australia

If I could put no stars I would! I went rushing there cause I got my period for over a month, keep bleeding on and off. Something serious. I have seen Dr. Jawaad she nearly shout at me that it was my fault it happened and got a lecture like a little kid.. I have been taking the pill continuously for 2 months... Because of bad pms on another dr's advise. Then examine me and insert a speculum inside of me without lube, burned like h*** and very painful but she didnt actually care! Went home and was bleeding more that usual, and my woman part was very painful after that. They clearly don't know what they're doing there. Very deceived of the attitude from another woman. Thought she would care more than a male doctor. I hope they get rid of that woman.
