Jian supplied/installed 5 ACs for my Bridgeman downs property back in September 2020. he is very friendly and appeared to be easy to approach back then. One of the ACs starts playing up at the beginning of this year, blow warm air only, After I contacted Jian, he said he will contact Mitsubishi HI for us for the warranty claim, since then I have been chasing him for two months, he either claim he is not in Brisbane and has no access to his email, or just simply just lying that no response from Mitsubishi. I contacted Mitsubishi by myself, they responded in a couple of days time and sent an electrician to check straight away. It turned out the welding job is not done properly and the gas is leaking. Of course Jian won’t come back to fix his problem and I have to spent $445 to fix the welding. Stay away from him, bad quality work and no moral.
