360 Property Mana

I made arrangements from Cairns for the following day to veiw 2 properties with 360, got there 10 minutes early, rang to see where they were only to be told that there were no scheduled beings for that day. She told me there was veiwings the day before, I said why would I schedule a time to veiw the day I'm travelling in the car to Mackay, she suggested I got it wrong, then when I rang to complain I was passed on to an even ruder person. I finally got a hold of the bosses wife and made my case to her, she offered to help out with other properties but I said no I would never use their business again, I also told her that we had excellent references and that it would be their loss. The young girls on reception sound like they're just out of high school with absolutely no manners or professionalism, I was totally disgusted with their lack of service, shame on you 360 Mackay.

I wish I could give them zero star! I have a beautiful house in Mackay and because I had to move, I put that on the rental market through 360! They are so unreliable and I'm sorry for myself and my time that wasted by them. They found a tenant and my nightmare started! They told me they check the tenant's background and she got fully back her bond! My tenant started to damage my house and every second week, I got a new bill from this agency. At the end, I found by chance, the tenant didn't pay rent, all walls damaged, doors were broken and ceiling was damaged too. AND THEY NEVER INFORMED ME DURING ONE YEAR! The tenant left without Bond cleaning the house and they charged me for it. They just watched and did absolutely nothing! Such a mess in the contract. Poor my neighbours, they told me the tenant was devil! They never did background check even. DON'T TRUST THEM, THEY NEVER LOOK AFTER YOUR HOUSE.

On moving in, there were weeds throughout the gardens, and dead bugs all through the house. We were then given the wrong keys which belonged to the unit behind us.
Air con was switched on before we had moved in causing it to leak over the ground.
We had water leakage over the carpets in one of the bedrooms prior to moving in causing mould to build up under the carpet and making the furniture in the same room also mouldy.
When moving out after 8 months, we were given a quarter of our bond back because of damages to walls and wall cleaning
Despite some rooms having no furniture or people living in there the whole lease time
When dealing with our agent over the phone they were very rude and at first were going to take our whole bond until we said we would take it further to the ombudsman.
Would not reccomend renting with 360 real estate unless you are willing to fork out as much money to clean the place as the bond cost.

360 property management are absolutely the WORST property managers in Mackay. I was a tenant for 6 months. When we moved in we had been paying rent for 2 whole weeks, yet there was no hot water system installed in the house, the garage doors wouldn't open, the dishwasher didn't work properly and the kitchen sink tap was flimsy. It took months for them to actually arrange someone to fix some of these things, and some weren't fixed at all.

We were paying a reasonably high rental price for an executive home, and every time we spoke with someone from the agency they treated us with utter disdain and as though we were a bother.

Then on vacating, we were treated as absolute rubbish and as though we had completely trashed the house! It was in better condition than when we moved in! They tried to charge us almost $700 to "wash the outside walls", which was not listed in the lease, nor was it required. It was only after I pushed this that they decided to waive this fee, but still charge us for additional outdoor cleaning. Eventually we just gave up and wanted to move on with our lives.

My husband and I actually decided to buy our own home sooner, just so we could get away from 360, and now as landlords of a recently acquired investment property in Mackay, I will be steering clear of 360. I have also shared my experience with many people, one of which is a commercial builder who leaves brand new homes to "handover" standard, and he said that he was treated exactly the same... Something dodgy is going on there.

I also strongly advise any friends who are looking to rent to stay well away from 360 and I know this is a common sentiment among renters in Mackay, so as a potential landlord I won't be jeapodising my rental property by listing with 360.

Asked to look at a rental property on a saturday! staff were rude and pretty much were bothered by my presence.

Very unprofessional approach towards me as a first time customer and have subsequently decided to rent through another real estate.

what a joke this place is do not rent through this real estate. I've had a couple of friends rent through the mackay branch and they have all been ripped off with their bond. there is no such thing as wear and tear and they make the "repairs or cleaning" add up perfectly to how much bond you have they even based my exit report off the brand new house even though people lived there previously. they wanted a cleaner after 4 days of cleaning the house so i called the people they go through and the cleaner said it was perfect so they got a different company. advise anyone not to rent through this real estate.
