Save yourself the heartache they have caused me so much heartache do read on. USE UBER save yourself the hassle of miscommunications through a modern system that always takes you where your going on a gps system for the drivers. Worst company ever. Me and my gf were picked up by an indian driver who went the wrong way. Illegally turned left out of the wrong lane after we had told him to take a right in the right direction after getting into the correct lane. The taxi driver insisted we told him the wrong address and then would not take us home. Would not show his driver identification. Then when i approached police he said i was evading taxi fair. Totally unfair untrue unproffesaional and illegal and the company has done nothing after i left a complaint stating everything that happened almost a week ago. They support these kinds of actions by there drivers and dont support their customers. Uber for life after this big dillema.
