Have had to go to the branch a few times and sometimes good, sometimes bad. The young ones seem efficient while there was one lady in her 50s that was ridiculously bad.

Was "serviced" (not) by Tammy, an Asian woman in her 50s. She barely knew how to use a computer and took forever to do what should be a simple task. I also felt she tried to sell me something I didn't want or ask for. What's worse... the attitude of not giving a heck about customer service, was a take it or leave kind of attitude.
