Atrocious company to get hold of. They dont answer their phone, they dont respond to online requests for quotes. They book a date and then claim they were never available on that date. Sorry to give a bad review but the lady who is charge of the phones and admin is atrocious. The company is only as good as the person who is the first contact (admin). Admin is not her thing and unfortunately for Holdens they lost business because of it.

Their electrical work is good if you can get as far as booking them.



They dont respond to online quote requests.

They are near impossible to get on the phone to speak to.

Their voice mail often disconnects before you can leave a message.

They make bookings for when they are not available and don't take ownership for their mistake.

They lost our business because of the administration manager's incompetence.

The admin manager needs to prioritise taking bookings over the phone and online and learn to take down all details about the job in one conversation.

The electrical work has always been good but if the first point of contact is incompetent, it is going to lose your company business.

You need to do something about the admin side of your business Holdens. It is atrocious.

Came within an hour of calling them! Friendly guys who fixed my hot water system quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy!
