My husband and I just purchased a 2004 BMW 325i for our daughter's first car and could not be happier with the service we received from Clint and his dad John. Before purchasing this car we inspected a number of these around Perth and this one was the cleanest with concise log book history. The independent inspection report we organised came up clean and the BMW was delivered to our house for our daughter's birthday. Unless you are yourself a mechanic or astute in purchasing used cars, don't skip purchasing an independent inspection. Ours cost $220, a small investment for peace of mind.

same here. Salesman was your best friend when selling. When I contacted them next week with one issue they "forgot" to talk about, same here - salesmen were dishonest, unapologetic and blaming.

I dont suggest this company. No ethics.

Everything went well until we paid for the car, We were told the car had a recent major service inc spark plugs and gas. The first day we had it the car drove on gas and it stalled almost causing an accident. Took it to our mechanic and was told that it had no services in many many months, we paid for the spark plugs to be replaced and a major service. Was told the gas converter would need to be repaired by an gas specialist, Which was under warrantee
First time we took it back to the dealership was told it would be fixed. Picked up the car a few days later it still had the same issue, I returned the car for the second time and was told it didn't have any problems and it was a fault in our driving, the salesman drove the car with us in it and agreed that there was an issue, was promised it would be fixed by a gas specialist, a few more days later for the third time came in to pick up our car, asked for a receipt for the repairs and they could not supply it, the car still wouldn't run on gas. Was told it ran perfectly that day.
Four days later for the fourth time we picked up the car, they hesitantly gave us the contact for the gas specialist who repaired our car. Who told us that the gas converter had not been serviced/repaired in years.

So after 7 visits to this dealership, the issue that was under warentee has finally been fixed due to the advice we revived by consumer affairs.
the salesmen were dishonest, unapologetic, constantly tried to blame the cars issues on us, failed to show basic manors, displayed an offhand attitude which was intimidating.
