Staff were abusive to each other and the public while working on our street. During their time on the job, they fought with each other loudly and unashamedly. They abused the public if asked to move away so people could leave a driveway. When complaints were raised with the office, the mature lady taking the complaint was rude and short. We tried to be as polite as possible and stating only facts in our complaint. The absolutely disgusting response we received from what was referred to as "the owner" was so surprising accusing us of attacking them and calling profanity words?!?! We decided that "the owner" was very unstable mentally, going from the over dramatic reply and accusations. So we took the complaint to the council and worksafe instead. They are investigating
